Spiritual Divorce Coaching

In this 16 week program you will: Divorce, or the failing of any important relationship (parents, siblings, partnerships) are painful and bewildering. I will guide you to use the pain of your divorce, separation, or breakup as a catalyst to heal your heart, reinvent yourself and your life. I have been divorced twice and I have been coached three times in this proprietary program and it has opened me up more than all the other training and transformation work I have been doing since 1988. A common theme among clients who complete this program is "falling in love with themselves and with life."

Executive Coaching

It is a little known fact that the biggest fear of executives is that their boss, or the board of directors, will find out they don't know what they are doing. The Logistics of personal coaching: Typically there are four 1 hour phone sessions per month. Each session is structured into five parts: First we start with a 2-3 minute centering exercise. Next we review of the previous week’s distinction, discuss how it worked in your life that week, and what it made possible that wasn’t in the past. Then we have a conversation that introduces a new powerful distinction, how it will work in your life, and what it will make available. We then do an internal exercise that allows your inner wisdom to digest this week’s distinction.  From this place of inner knowing new practices and actions become apparent, and these become part of the week’s assignment. Finally we do a check-in to reinforce what came up in the internal exercise and homework is discussed. Homework usually takes from 30 minutes to 2 hours The structured programs, “Essentials” and “Spiritual Divorce”, are 16 week and 12 week respectively.  The client pays in advance for 4 sessions at a time and a discount is offered for paying in full.  I offer a money back guarantee.
