I met Darby Barclay in a life-training program where I committed one year of my life to being rigorously trained in creating an extraordinary life. Darby had already completed 2 years of his life to the training and was, of course, naturally, coaching participants in the program. Darby and I became friends, as well.

I am writing this as a personal recommendation for Darby’s skills. If you are looking for someone who will let you slide by and play small, don’t choose Darby. If you looking for a coach who will be a stand for your greatness and success, be authentically involved in your personal transformation and be straight with you in the most loving way, choose Darby.

Personally, Darby has contributed to my life in countless ways, by gently pointing out where I was playing small and didn’t know it. I have met my fiancée because of Darby. You can count on him to see things you cannot and he will always tell the truth. In other words, he is trained thoroughly in listening for things that are not being said as well as those that are. Knowing what to say, and how to say it, such that it makes a difference in your in your life and what you see as possible.
