It is with great honor and joy that I write this letter for my coach, Darby Barclay. I have known and worked with Darby for over four years. He has continually demonstrated strength, character and leadership in our coaching relationship and embodies this work. I would not have the Life I have today without his continued support and guidance.

Darby has coached me as the CEO and President of Pacific Blue Investments (PBI) since the summer of 2003. Through Darby’s insight and direction, I have developed and expanded my small real estate investment business into the nationally recognized company that is known as being an expert in the field of investment real estate.
In the past two years, PBI has grown in exponential measures that have included a published book “The Real Guide to Making Millions in Real Estate Investing”, Numerous TV appearances, Radio Shows, Magazine Articles, National Speaking events with key note speakers such as Donald Trump, Anthony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki, educational workshops, software development and much more.

Darby’s steadfast support and keen insight have been invaluable during these past years. He has helped me stay focused and to keep on track with my goals and dreams. He has been especially supportive during the scary and unknown early phases of my company’s growth and expansion. Darby encouraged me to stay alive to my dreams and to experience being out on the “skinny branches” of life. He saw my potential, when I had lost all hope and he stood for my greatness and to be all that I could be so that I could make a difference in the world around me.

I owe an enormous debt to him for keeping me in the game when the going was tough and I wanted to throw it all away. He laughed and cried with me and never gave up the hope and inspiration to keep me going. My company has turned the corner and I would not be here today to enjoy it if it were not for Darby’s continual and persistent support of me.
