About Integrative Coaching

Integrative Coaching elicits your “stuff” (all humans have stuff) at the outset so we can bypass the frustration and confusion of trying to produce results over the top of that “stuff”. We are going to have to deal with your “stuff” anyway, because it stops you, especially when are being coached, so let’s get it out of the way and move you forward immediately.

Your “stuff” is simply the hidden beliefs about yourself, what you think you are capable of, and how you think the world is. Simply put, you continuously seed your present and future with your stuff (your past) and wonder why your experience of life is not what you want it to be.

In a 16 week highly structured program you will identify, make friends with, and integrate your “stuff”. You will be given access to inner resources and connect with deeply held values you have sensed were there, but that were not available to you. You will then create a compelling vision, goal and action plan that will have you hoping out of bed in the morning. You will be able to live your life instead of your life living you.
